A virtual session on Promoting an Entrepreneurial Mindset

In collaboration with Abu Dhabi School of Government, Dr. Jamil Razmak, Director of Business Administration Program and Assistant professor at the College of Business of Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi campus, presented a virtual session about Promoting an Entrepreneurial Mindset in the workplace: Tales of Success.
The session was an overview of the entrepreneurial process and focuses on why people become entrepreneurs, the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, the importance of entrepreneurship in the workplace. And, the three primary ways that entrepreneurs discover opportunities to benefit the workplace. The session also talks about the techniques that can help entrepreneurs to come up with new business or product ideas and fund initial product (or service) development, and/or initial start-up expenses from few resources or via bootstrapping.
The whole session encapsulates successful stories of entrepreneurial cooperation and remarks the future of entrepreneurship in the UAE.
