AAU President meets the new students for the first semester 2024-2025

Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, President of the University, met with the new students who joined the university during the ceremony organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, at the university's Al Ain campus.
El Refae highlighted the important role of academic advising in the life of a new student, emphasizing the importance of students listening to their professors' guidance. He also encouraged them to communicate with the university departments, the Deanship of Student Affairs, or the academic and administrative staff to foster better communication between the university and its students. He affirmed that the university embraces all students, recognizing their creativity, energy, and talents, appreciating their choice of Al Ain University to continue their academic journey and contribute to building their future.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Ibtehal Abu Rezeq, Vice President for Development and Follow-up Affairs and Dean of Student Affairs, who welcomed the new students and encouraged them to participate in extracurricular activities during their academic journey, stressing the importance of balancing studies and entertainment in university life.
