Al Ain University Students Shine in the Second Stage of ADNOC Marathon in Al Ain

Students from Al Ain University participated in the second stage of the ADNOC Marathon (2/3), held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain. The students delivered outstanding performances in various races, achieving notable accomplishments. Abdulrahman Khaled Al-Qabati, a student from the College of Law, Al Ain campus, secured first place in the 5-kilometer race, finishing with a time of 16 minutes and 30 seconds. In the 2.5-kilometer race, Khaled Al-Masabi, a student from the College of Communication and Media, Abu Dhabi campus, came in second, with a time of 8 minutes and 5 seconds. These results represent a significant athletic achievement for Al Ain University, showcasing the students’ excellence in sports alongside their academic success. The final stage of the preparatory marathon is scheduled for the end of October on Hudayriyat Island, where fierce competition is expected.
